The PrestaShop.wiki team handles every ticket and decides, using its professional judgment, when the requested work is done; it then marks the ticket as completed. If you believe something has not been done as requested, you can ask us to reopen the ticket within 3 days (72 hours, weekends included) of its completion, stating precisely what does not work as requested. The team reviews every request and either reopens the ticket or explains its decision.
To work on a ticket we need access to the server where your shop is hosted — usually your hosting control panel, such as Plesk. By giving us access you confirm that you own the shop or are authorised by its owner to grant it. We use it only to work on your tickets, and may set up there what that work needs, such as an FTP account or a staff account in your shop's admin. If something on your hosting company's side blocks us, we may ask for the login to your account with your hosting company; we use it only to make our access work — for example, to allow our address or to contact their support about it — and never to change billing, domains or your hosting plan. Work on a ticket starts only once we can access your server. You can end our access at any time by changing your login details with your hosting company.
When we work on your shop, we keep a private copy of its code — not your customers' data — and record every change we make, so any change can be undone. This is free of charge. The copy belongs to you; on request we hand it over to you or to a developer you choose.
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The information on this website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.
In no event shall PrestaShop.wiki, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
